WELLNESS ASSESSMENT

Once we’ve chosen your path, you’ll flow through a detailed fitness and nutrition assessment designed to understand where you are today — physically, mentally, and spiritually. This process follows the Active Life Professional (ALP) approach, focusing on your strengths, limitations, and movement patterns. We’ll capture your biometric data, assess your posture and mobility, and discuss your current nutrition practices to build a clear picture of your starting point. Please come ready to move in comfortable clothing — this is where your transformation begins.

With your foundation in place, it’s time to move forward with confidence. Your customized program will be built around your unique goals, schedule, and preferences. Whether you’re training in-person, virtually, or combining fitness and nutrition, you’ll receive ongoing accountability, progress tracking, and spiritual encouragement along the way. Each session includes purposeful warm-ups, guided workouts tailored to your abilities, and practical check-ins to help you stay consistent. As you grow stronger, we’ll make adjustments to keep your plan fresh, challenging, and aligned with your evolving goals.

 CONSULTATION

During our in-depth consultation, we will talk about your specific health and wellness goals. Here we will identify your awesome SUPER POWERS and how we can use them to plan a path to success. We believe in working with you to determine the habits you need to begin to practice and the action you are ready, willing, and able to take to achieve your goals. This is how we develop YOUR customized wellness plan; this is not a one size fits all process.

 

WELLNESS ASSESSMENT

After your consultation, you will flow through our full fitness and nutrition assessment. We do this to see where you are now so that we will be able to see your progress in the future. Please be prepared to move; wear comfortable clothing.

 

Here are a few things we will capture:

1. Biometric data: Measurements (weight, body fat, circumference)
2. Movement assessment: Gain an understanding of fitness level and possible imbalances.
3. Skills and Practice evaluation: Talk about current nutrition practices and goals.

After we have worked together to determine your goals and your starting point, it’s time to choose the right program for YOU.Do you want to test your solo strength with our BREAKTHROUGH program, or are you ready to go for it and fully commit to your fitness journey with the WARRIOR or CONQUEROR program?Regardless of which program you start with, it will be individualized to your fitness goals.You will start with a warm-up to get your body ready for the workout during each fitness session.Then we will move into the central portion of your training session. This could range from working with weights, resistance bands, equipment such as sandbags, dumbbells, etc., or could be your body weight. It all depends on YOUR goals and YOUR comfort level.We will evaluate your current practices and actions during our nutrition check-ins to see how they are serving you and make adjustments as needed.
