Where Faith and Fitness Collide

Hi, I’m Andrea Johnson — though most people know me as Coach Drea.
I’m a wife, mom of three, and a woman who’s walked through the same struggle so many of my clients face: pouring everything into everyone else and realizing somewhere along the way… I had lost myself.

For years, my life was built around faith, family, and food — but not much fitness. Between raising kids and climbing the corporate ladder, I woke up one day feeling exhausted, unfulfilled, and uncomfortable in my own body. I was still carrying “baby weight,” but more than that, I was carrying the weight of stress, self-neglect, and spiritual emptiness.

Then came a turning point.
A friend handed me a book about strength training, and something clicked. I joined a gym, started moving again, and for the first time in a long time — I felt alive. As my body grew stronger, my faith deepened. God showed me that this journey wasn’t just about the scale; it was about stewardship — honoring Him by caring for the body He gave me.

That revelation became the foundation of Temple Training — a space where faith and fitness are no longer separate, but beautifully intertwined. Through years of study, certification, and coaching women around the world, I’ve learned that transformation begins not with a meal plan or a workout, but with a mindset, grace, and purpose.

Today, I help women — especially those who’ve spent years achieving for everyone else — rebuild their health, confidence, and connection to God. Because fitness isn’t punishment or performance; it’s worship in motion.

I’m here to help you reclaim your strength, restore your rhythm, and remember that your body is not a project — it’s a temple.
And when you learn to train it with faith, the results go far beyond what you see in the mirror.

With grace and grit,
