The weekly prayers reminded me of God’s abiding presence, and the prayer themes focused my thoughts and behaviors to win at my goals each week. In addition, the nutrition practices and resources provided an abundance of knowledge that encouraged me to eat well and make better food choices without the pressure of perfection – just progress with each meal.

And the weekly workouts challenged my body and mind to keep moving and keep pushing to get the results I’ve always wanted. I am so grateful to Coach Drea for helping me WIN in this session of my life, and I’m excited about my future wins.
