My weakness is the working out part: I was never an athletic person, and always hated any form of physical activity whatsoever. With the “some is better than none” mentality, I started working out 2 times a week. The “action first, motivation after ” was exactly what worked for me. Now I do “something” 5 days a week, and by that, I mean that I still work out with Andrea on average 2-3 times a week, but when I don’t, I put in 20 minutes of “something “, first thing in the morning.
Embracing my imperfection was key to my results. I call 15 lbs lost success, and I am still going. Thank you coach and Temple Training!!!
