My name is Andrea Johnson, also known as Coach Drea. I am a wife and mother of three. I NEVER thought about fitness or nutrition growing up. I was raised in a home focused on faith, family, and food over physical health. However, after having kids and moving up in the corporate space, I lost myself until I had a rude awakening that I was still carrying excess baby weight from both my children plus the career-mom pounds that also came my way.
This knocked away my confidence as I struggled to control my emotions, my eating and ultimately train my temple.
It was then a friend recommended a book about strength training; I joined a gym and got to work! There was a fire that was ignited in me that could not be put out. I learned to face the challenges of being a caretaker, an entrepreneur, and purpose-driven! I am here to show you how to lose weight, boost your confidence, and feel good in your body without spending hours on the treadmill or in the kitchen.
I truly believe everyone has an obligation to God and to themselves to take care of their temple. Fitness is not a job; it is a way of life.
