Six-Week Challenge

Must be willing to attend training sessions 3-days per week

Must be prepared to document challenge results to include before and after photos.

Must be willing to follow our nutrition plan. This plan is important. We have a program that works, but only if you follow it!

Must enjoy working in a group training atmosphere. The energy at our gym is contagious.

Must commit to the entire six weeks. The first week is challenging, but we know when people stay the course, they will reap the benefits of all this hard work.
