Andrea is a wife and mother of three who discovered her passion for fitness in the fall of 2000 when a friend gave her a book about training and weight loss. She joined the local gym and began her health and fitness journey.
In August of 2010, she decided to turn her passion into a business that would benefit others just like her. She obtained her Certification in Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in August 2010. And in February of 2012, she found CrossFit. This discovery was a game changer for her and her family.
As she developed her passion for fitness, she has since obtained her Corrective Exercise Specialization (CES) and Precision Nutrition Certification to help her be the best trainer/coach she can be. And finally, in May of 2016, she received her CrossFit Level 1. She is looking forward to the next season of her life’s mission; to help others acknowledge the power we all have within to create a healthy way of life!
Coach Ben has been an active participant in the Health/Wellness and Training community since April 2012. Even after training for almost seven years consistently, he still gets butterflies as that timer is counting down 3-2-1……GO!!
Coach Ben is excited to have the opportunity to share his love for physical fitness with the members of the Temple Training community. His primary goal and focus as a coach is to help his clients realize their full potential. “The thrill for me as a coach is when my clients begin to realize their true potential and begin to believe in their own strength, and capabilities in the gym! The good news is, as they get stronger physically and mentally in the gym; that new-found confidence begins to cascade into every aspect of their lives!”

Chloe is a big time Believer, mama and wife as well as is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She is passionate about educating everyone about the benefits that health, wellness and fitness have on your faith journey. She fully believes in pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone physically and mentally, which in turn will reap a rich spiritual life. Having struggled with eating disorders, and an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise, the Lord has redeemed Chloe’s life, mission, and purpose for His glory. She is so thrilled to begin this partnership with Temple Training and the community it serves.
